the principle creator and executive director of Extra Mile Painting Company since it's inception. Joe is dedicated
to providing his customers with the highest quality materials, service and finished products. He is also committed to
his expert crew and works diligently to ensure consistent projects to provide a secure income for them and their
families. Joe believes that you treat people the way you want to be treated. Therefore, he is always sure to take
care of his customers which in return means they are usually cooperative with him and his crew.

Joe
has been working with Extra Mile for 4 years. His capabilities as an expert painter and proven leader were evident
from the very beginning. Joe transitioned into the Foreman role quickly and has been Joe Pepp's "Right Hand
Man" since. Joe is the resource for customers throughout their project. Joe has excellent communication,
problem solving and customer service skills to ensure a pleasing experience for everyone.

Garcia
Lead Painter
Antonio has also been with Extra Mile for the past 4 years. Antonio
can paint circles around most painters, without compromising quality or cleanliness. Antonio is the man who "gets
the job done." He is also a role model for the other crew members. He is always accomodating and respectful
to customers.
