Move all furnishings and cover with new 4mm plastic
Cover all flooring with clean drop cloths
Remove all receptacle and switch covers
Tape all exposed surfaces such as wood base, receptacles, lights etc
Patch
all holes, cracks, etc with durabond and sand smooth
Sanding of walls, patches and spot priming as needed
Daily

Protect
all areas where work is being performed
Powerwashing of all surfaces to be painted (optional)
Brush wash all areas
if mildew exists, using bleach and water or TSP solution to kill mildew
Renail all loose and protruding nails where work
is being performed
Remove all loose caulking from areas to be painted
Caulk all areas where caulk was removed
Scrape all loose paint from surfaces to be painted
Soft sand all rough areas
Prime all exposed and bare surfaces
to be painted
Apply one finish coat to all surfaces
Colors all chosen by customer prior to start of job
One Year Touch Up Guarantee
This is
a service that Extra Mile Painting offers to all of their interior painting customers. Every residential
interior painting service completed by Extra Mile Painting is accompanied by a one year touch-up guarantee. This
service is offered only during December, January and February of the following year. It is the responsibility of the customer to call and set up a day for the work
to be completed. Touch-up work will be performed free of charge. Touch-ups include scuffs
and marks within reason. Additional charges apply only for work that exceeds specifications and only upon
consent. The customer is also responsible to safeguard the paint leftover from the initial painting.
This includes noting the type, color and finish of the paint used if leftover paint is no longer available.
Remember to store all paint at room temperature and ensure it is properly sealed.
One Year Touch Up Guarantee for New Homeowners
The One Year Touch-Up Policy is transferable to the new home owners. As a benefit to the new home
owners, Extra Mile Painting will also offer a touch-up after moving in. Every residential interior painting
service completed by Extra Mile Painting is accompanied by a one year touch-up guarantee. This service
is offered only during December, January and February of the following year and subject to the same conditions as the One
Year Touch Up Guarantee.

in which it was delivered to us. We cannot avoid producing dust when repairing walls, sanding and moving furniture.

that minimizes workload for our customers and maximizes satisfaction. Therefore, for all interior work exceeding $3,000.00
in value, Extra Mile Painting Company uses a same-day cleaning service, at no charge to our customers, upon completion of
the painting work to ensure fulfillment of our promise. SuperMaid, Inc. will leave your wood floors looking great,
your carpets professionally vacuumed and all applicable counters, stairways, windowsills and table-tops wiped and
dusted so you can come home and actually enjoy your newly painted house. We're committed to going the Extra Mile by
minimizing hassle and maximizing satisfaction.
