Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed with the state of Illinois.  And we are insured by Allied Insurance.  Confirmation of that can be secured by calling 708.798.2009.

What are your working hours for days of painting?
We usually arrive on the job between 8-8:30am, and finish between 4-5pm.  Start and finish times are flexible and can be scheduled according to customer's needs.

Does someone need to be present during the course of work?
In most cases, people are not present while we are painting.  Although, this is a personal preference based on the individual.

Are there any risks to my children or pets from exposure to paint?
Since we do not us lead-based paint, and instead use low-odor latex paint, there poses no risk to individuals, children or pets.

Can we use paint other than Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore?
Yes, homeowners can provide paint other than Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore.  We need to be informed during the estimate that you will be providing the paint. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, cash, money orders and beaver pelts.  Sorry, no IOU's.
